Full-Service Dryer Vent Cleaning – $99
Our Fort Collins dryer vent cleaning service includes a thorough cleaning of the full length of the duct, in and under the lint trap, the flex tube, and general lint clean up around the dryer.
Rooftop Vents and 2nd Story Vents- $120
For instances where we need rooftop access or extension ladder to complete your dryer vent cleaning. Includes everything mentioned in our full-service cleaning.
Full System Duct Cleaning – Contact us for pricing or appointment scheduling
Our Fort Collins Duct Cleaning service includes cleaning each individual vent as well as the mains. We can clean the furnace by request only.
Dryer Vent Repair – Bid on site
This includes repairing and fixing broken, crushed, faulty or dysfunctional ducts. Does not include rerouting or roofing.
A/C Condenser Cleaning- $98
This includes clearing debris, spraying the inside and outside of the fins, flushing the whole unit.
Furnace Filter Replacement- $50+Filter
We routinely replace your filter every 3-6 months. You pick the filter and we buy it. Typically for hard to reach furnaces in crawl spaces or attics.
Minimum Service Charge- $50
This price is our minimum for simply showing up to location(typically includes airflow measurement or filter replacement). This does not include our Free Commercial Estimate.

We recommend that residents or tenants get a dryer vent cleaning every 1-2 years. If you have a large household or use your dryer a higher than average amount you may want to get it cleaned once a year. During your cleaning, our technicians can give you feedback based on what they find.

We block out an hour for your dryer vent cleaning, but depending on the location of your dryer and the location of your vent, it may take anywhere between 20-60 minutes.
I just booked a dryer vent cleaning - how do I pay?
Once you book a dryer vent cleaning we’ll reach out to you with a confirmation & an option to securely pay online. You can also opt to pay day-of directly to your technician via card, check, or cash. If you are unsure whether or not your vent is on the roof (which would require our rooftop vent service) we recommend paying day-of so your technician can accurately quote you.
Where do you provide service?
We are based in Fort Collins, Colorado but will happily travel to any of the surrounding areas such as Windsor, Timnath, Loveland, Estes Park, Greeley, Berthoud, Cheyenne, Longmont, Boulder, Wellington, Thornton, Denver & surrounding areas. However, we do have a travel fee if we travel more than 45 miles one way.

If your dryer is not drying your clothes or is taking longer than usual, a cleaning should be your first step taken to fix the problem. Often times, a cleaning will fix the issue. If it doesn’t we will happily connect you with our go-to repair companies in your area that can address deeper issues.

The average cost of a dryer vent cleaning in Fort Collins is $100-150. Our Full-Service Dryer Vent cleaning is only $90 and our rooftop vent cleaning is only $105.
